酒精中毒性韦尼克脑病的临床和影像学特点探究

摘要

目的 研究酒精中毒性韦尼克脑病的临床特点和影像学特点.方法 对2014年3月~2015年3月我院收治并确诊为酒精中毒性韦尼克脑病患者26例的临床资料和影像学检查资料进行回顾性分析.结果 26例患者均表现出不同程度的症状,影像学检查主要表现为T1WI信号稍低,T2WI稍高,FLAIR信号稍高,确诊为酒精中毒性韦尼克脑病.结论 酒精中毒性韦尼克脑病的临床症状不具有典型性,检查需要结合临床症状和影像学,从而及时诊断为早期治疗提供准确的依据.%Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the alcoholic wernicke encephalopathy and imaging characteristics.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,26 cases were diagnosed with wernicke encephalopathy,and clinical data and imaging data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Al 26 patients showed different degrees of symptoms,imaging studied for T1WI signal slightly lower,T2WI slightly higher,FLAIR signal slightly higher,diagnosed with alcoholic wernicke encephalopathy.Conclusion The clinical symptoms are not typical of wernicke encephalopathy. Check to combine the clinical symptoms and imaging can provide timely diagnosis for early treatment and accurate basis.
