急性脑血管病意识障碍患者的临床诊治分析

摘要

目的 研究探讨急性脑血管病意识障碍患者临床诊断与治疗效果.方法 将我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的急性脑血管病意识障碍患者134例为研究对象.其中急性脑出血患者49例,缺血性脑血管病患者85例,采用回顾性分析方法分析所有患者的临床诊断与治疗效果.结果 治疗结果显示,急性出血性脑血管病意识障碍患者治疗有效率为65.3%,缺血性脑血管病意识障碍患者治疗有效率为77.6%.结论 针对急性脑血管出现意识障碍的患者,应当采用有效的治疗方法,才能够降低临床死亡率,促进患者脑功能的恢复.%Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,134 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and disturbance of consciousness as the research object. In 49 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,85 cases in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Clinical diagnosis and treatment of al patients were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results According to the results of treatment of acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease patients with disturbance of consciousness,the treatment effective rate was 65.3%,and ischemic cerebrovascular disease was 77.6%.Conclusion Patients with acute cerebrovascular appear disturbance of consciousness, adopt the effective treatment method,which can reduce mortality rate. It is of great significance for the recovery of patients with brain function.
