综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及抑郁情绪影响分析

摘要

目的 本文就综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能和抑郁情绪的影响进行分析与探讨.方法 选择我院自2014年1月~2015年1月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者88例,按照入院时间将其平均分为对照组(n=44)和实验组(n=44),给予对照组常规护理,给予实验组综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理后的肺功能指标和情绪状况.结果 实验组患者的肺功能指标变化优于对照组,且焦虑和抑郁评分的改善情况好于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施综合护理干预,可以有效改善患者的肺功能,同时缓解抑郁和焦虑情绪.%Objective This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pulmonary function and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 88 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,were devided into control group(n=44)and the experimental group(n=44). The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention,then compared with two groups of patients with lung function index and emotional state.Results In the experimental group, the changes of lung function index were better than that of the control group,and the improvement of anxiety and depression score was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,can effectively improve the patient's lung function,and ease the depression and anxiety.
