老年食管贲门癌的围术期处理

摘要

目的 观察老年食管贲门癌的围术期处理情况.方法 分析研究我院收治的84例老年食管贲门癌患者手术治疗效果.结果 84例患者手术成功79例,死亡5例,术后并发症发生率为34.5%.结论 老年食管贲门癌围术期加强处理是保证手术治疗成功的关键.%Objective To observe the treatment of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in the perioperative period.Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer treated by surgical treatment were analyzed.Results Of the 84 cases,79 cases were operated successfuly,5 cases died,and the complication rate was 34.5%.Conclusion To strengthen the treatment of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in the perioperative period is the key to ensure the success of the operation.
