综合呼吸功能训练在肺癌患者术后康复中的效果

摘要

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of respiratory function training postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.Methods 90 cases of lung cancer surgery patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group 45 cases each. The control group only accepted conventional nursing, the observation group on the basis of applying integrated respiratory function training, compared two groups of clinical nursing. Results The observation group, the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, chest tube indweling time, flow rate and postoperative such confinement is lower than the control group, comparing differences statisticaly significant (P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive respiratory function training in lung cancer patients with postoperative rehabilitation effect is good.%目的：研讨综合呼吸功能训练在肺癌患者术后康复中的效果。方法肺癌手术病例90例，随机分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组仅接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上施加综合呼吸功能训练，比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组术后肺部并发症发生率、胸管留置时间、引流量及术后住院日低于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论综合呼吸功能训练在肺癌患者术后康复中的效果较好。
