风险防范式护理在产科护理管理中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of risk prevention and nursing care in obstetrics nursing management.Methods From February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital received 124 cases of maternity, were randomly divided into two groups, each of 62 cases.ResultsThe score of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion To improve nursing satisfaction.%目的：研究分析风险防范式护理应用于产科护理管理的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2015年2月我院接收的产科产妇124例，随机分为两组，各62例。对照组给予常规护理管理，观察组给予风险防范式护理管理，对比两组护理工作评分、护理风险事件发生率及护理满意度情况。结果观察组对医护人员护理工作评分显著优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组护理风险事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论风险防范式护理应用于产科护理管理效果显著，能够显著减少护理风险事件发生，改善护理水平，提高护理满意度。
