温经汤加减治疗原发性痛经（寒凝血瘀型）的临床观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo evaluate clinical curative effect of jia jian wenjing decoction treatment on primary dysmenorrhea with cold-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods Wenjing Decoction 60 cases included in the study group,the use of gynecological dysmenorrhea pill treatment group included 54 cases,compared to clinical efficacy,index changes.ResultsThe cure+markedly effective rate 83.33%Total, higher than 48.15%,the observation group after treatment of dysmenorrhea symptom scores,symptom scores,packed cell volume is lower than before treatment,observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea better.%目的：评价温经汤加减治疗原发性痛经（寒凝血瘀型）的临床疗效。方法采用温经汤加减治疗60例纳入观察组，采用妇科痛经丸治疗54例纳入对照组，对比临床疗效、指标变化。结果观察组痊愈＋显效合计率83.33%，高于对照组48.15%，治疗后观察组痛经症状积分、中医证候积分、红细胞压积低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论温经汤加减治疗原发性痛经疗效较好。
