克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺治疗COPD患者的疗效和肺功能的药理分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺治疗COPD患者的疗效和肺功能的药理作用。方法回顾性分析我院接治的76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗后治疗组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组，治疗后的Borg评分和CRP均明显低于对照组，均具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论克拉霉素联合噻托溴胺治疗COPD患者的疗效显著，具有临床推广价值。%Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacological efficacy and lung function analysis of Clarithromycin Combined with tiotropium in treatment of patients with COPD.Methods A retrospective analysis of 76 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital, the clinical data of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results The FEV1/FVC and FEV1 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the Borg score and CRP after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Clarithromycin Combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with COPD significantly, has clinical value.
