急诊老年低血糖昏迷患者的急救与护理

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the emergency treatment and nursing care for the elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma.MethodsThe clinical data of 40 patients with hypoglycemia in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 40 cases of elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma after a timely and standardized emergency treatment, the symptoms were relieved, safe hospital treatment, including 30 cases in 5~20 Min , al patients in the observation of 1 d after the ilness without repeated and without a case of death. The blood glucose level was (2.2±0.7) mmol/L, and the blood glucose level was (9.3±1.1)mmol/L, and the difference was statisticaly significant (t=34.440 1,P<0.01).Conclusion The elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma is the most important for blood glucose monitoring, timely grasp the patient's blood glucose changes, early detection, symptomatic treatment can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, to cure the patient to lay a good foundation.%目的：探讨老年低血糖昏迷患者的急救措施和护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年4月～2015年1月收治的40例老年低血糖患者昏迷患者的临床资料。结果40例老年低血糖昏迷患者经过及时规范的急诊抢救后，危险症状均得以解除，安全的入院治疗，其中有30例在5～20 min内苏醒，所有患者在观察1 d后病情无反复且无一例死亡。患者就诊时血糖水平为（2.2±0.7）mmol/L，经治疗后血糖水平为（9.3±1.1）mmol/L，两者差异具有统计学意义（t=34.4401，P＜0.01）。结论老年低血糖昏迷最重要的是进行血糖监测，及时掌握患者血糖变化情况，及早发现、对症治疗才能及时改善患者的临床症状，为治愈患者打下良好的基础。
