大型体检中心联合社区医疗服务中心控制高血压的模式探讨

摘要

Objective Explore the viability of hypertension control mode in the large medical center joint community service centers.Methods 376 patients with hypertension positive in Qixing community during July 2013 to December 2013 were randomized into 2 groups by the health management system of medical center.After physical examination,group A (n=201) were made regular follow-up survey and taken appropriate management such as advice,medicine and so on from the health center according to the situation,which was set records on the files by the end system; group B(n=175) just took advice,no management.Results One year later,the blood pressure of 145(72%) in group A became negative,49(28%) in group B became negative,and there was much statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The health management mode set by large medical center joint community service center can control and improve the blood pressure. The new mode of health management was worth further exploring and popularizing.%目的：探讨大型体检中心联合社区医疗服务中心控制高血压模式的可行性。方法选取2013年7月～12月在广西体检中心体检的七星社区高血压阳性患者376名，利用体检中心健康管理软件建立健康管理档案，将376高血压阳性患者分为两组，一组201例体检后由社区中心进行定期的随访并根据情况给予相应的健康建议，医嘱等健康管理行为，将以上健康管理行为通过社区终端记录档案内，另一组175例仅体检后给予健康建议，不进行干预。结果一年后干预组转为阴性145例（72%），对照组阴性49例（28%），两组间差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论大型体检中心联合社区服务中心对高血压患者进行健康管理的模式能有效的控制、改善高血压指标。这种新型健康管理模式值得深入研究、和推广。
