目的：探究剖宫产术中使用产钳的手术效果和临床价值。方法选取我院行剖宫产术产妇56例，随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各组均28例，对照组产妇均采用徒手助产，观察组产妇均采用产钳助产，观察比较两组产妇手术情况和并发症情况。结果观察组产妇胎头娩出时间较对照组短（P<0.05），数据比较存在统计学差异；两组产妇术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组产妇和新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论临床剖宫产术中采用产钳助产，胎头娩出时间较短，产妇和新生儿并发症较少，应用效果良好。%Objective To explore the clinical value and effect of the operation forceps in cesarean section. Methods Selection of 56 cases of cesarean section in our hospital,the random number method was divided into 28 cases in the control group and the observation group, the control group was used by midwifery,the observation group using forceps,the operation conditions and complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group maternal fetal head delivery time shorter than the control group (P< 0.05),data comparison has statistical difference. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05),data comparison has statistical significance. Conclusion Cesarean section using forceps in,fetal head delivery time is short,maternal and neonatal complications are less,application effect is good.
