吴氏温阳助减汤治疗甲减的临床研究

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wushi wenyangzhujian decoction in treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods 60 cases of hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into two groups with conventional treatment of left thyroid hormone replacement therapy,treatment group received wushi wenyangzhujian decoction. Results The total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). After treatment,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH of treatment group and control group were compared,difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Wushi wenyangzhujian decoction combined with euthyrox has an obvious advantage in the clinical symptoms,signs and thyroid function improvement of hypothyroidism.%目的：观察温阳助减汤治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法60例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者随机分为两组，均常规给予左甲状腺素钠片替代治疗，治疗组另予温阳助减汤。结果两组中医证候总积分有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后治疗组与对照组TT3， TT4，FT3，FT4，TSH各项指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论温阳助减汤合并优甲乐在改善甲减的临床症状、体征及甲状腺功能方面有优势。
