严重胸部损伤患者的急救及护理效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the emergency and nursing experience of patients with severe chest trauma. Methods 68 patients with severe chest trauma were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015,and the changes of the patients were observed closely. The first aid and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results 68 cases were cured,2 cases improved,1 cases improved,65 cases died,the mortality rate was 1.5%(1/68). Conclusion For patients with severe chest trauma,in the process of the implementation of the rescue, the patient should be strictly controlled in a short period of time to provide timely and effective treatment,the same time to do a good job in nursing measures to reduce the mortality rate.%目的：分析严重胸部损伤患者的急救和护理体会。方法将2012年2月～2015年3月收治于我院的严重胸部损伤患者68例为研究对象，对患者的病情变化进行密切观察，对急救和护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果68例患者中共治愈65例，2例好转，1例死亡，死亡率为1.5%（1/68）。结论针对于严重胸部损伤患者而言，在对患者实施抢救的过程中要严格把关，在短时间内为患者提供及时有效的治疗，同时做好相关的护理措施，降低患者的死亡率。
