本文对现代岗位评价体系在医院人力资源管理中的应用情况进行了分析,探讨了其中的问题以及控制因素,希望能建立起更为科学的岗位评价体系,对医护人员待遇进一步合理化,真正将医院的人力资源管理水平提高,推动整体医疗事业的发展。%In this paper,the modern post evaluation system in the application of hospital human resources management are analyzed. We discussed the problems and controlling factors,which hope to establish a more scientific job evaluation system,and further rationalize the treatment of health care workers. It can really improve the hospital's human resources management,and promote the overall development of the medical profession.
