细菌性阴道病诊断中分析检测方法的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study the analysis and detection methods in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginal disease.Methods80 cases of suspected bacterial vaginosis patients as the object of study from 2013 April to June 2014 in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups,respectively,amsel method and sialidase activity assay method was used to test.ResultsIn the experimental group,the positive rate was 92.50%,the positive rate was 95% in the control group(P> 0.05),the difference was not statisticaly significant.Conclusion The determination of the activity of saliva acid in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginal disease has significant clinical value,with a simple,convenient,high accuracy of diagnosis.%目的：对细菌性阴道病诊断中的分析检测方法的应用进行研究。方法选择2013年4月～2014年6月我院收治的80例疑似细菌性阴道病的患者作为研究对象，将患者分为两组，分别采用Amsel法和唾液酸酶活性测定法进行检验。结果实验组患者的检测阳性率为92.50%，对照组患者的检测阳性率为95.00%，（P>0.05），差异不具有统计学意义。结论唾液酸酶活性测定法在诊断细菌性阴道病中具有简单、便捷、确诊率高的优点。
