妇幼保健医院在公共卫生服务方面起着重要的作用，它直接关系到广大妇女儿童的健康与生命安全。近几年以来，我国的妇幼保健院频繁发生医患纠纷事件，严重的阻碍了医院的正常发展与运营。据临床研究显示，儿科急诊室发生医患纠纷的概率相对于其他科室更高。因此如何有效的提高儿科急诊室的临床服务质量，降低医患纠纷的发生率已成为妇幼保健院亟待解决的主要问题。%Maternal and child health care hospital plays an important role in public health service. It is directly related to the broad masses of women and children's health and life safety. In recent years,most of the health care of women and children’s medical disputes happened frequently and seriously hindered the normal development of the hospital and operation in our country. According to relevant investigation,pediatric emergency department is one of the department of medical disputes more serious. So how to effectively improve the quality of clinical services in the pediatric emergency department,reduce the risk of medical disputes has become a major problem urgently to be solved in maternity and child care.
