复方丹参注射液不良反应及配伍禁忌

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of compound Salvia injection process, common adverse reactions and summarizes their incompatibility. Methods The clinical data arising Danshen injection through retrospective analysis of 178 cases of adverse reactions in patients, statistics and analysis of the reasons, and summarize their incompatibility.Results By Statistics found that age, no significant correlation between gender and adverse reactions. Use of compound injection time is between 1 to 34 days, average (8.2±1.1) days of adverse reactions wil occur. In addition, 178 patients in 157 cases (88.2%)patients had adverse reactions after intravenous injection in 30min. Adverse reactions after 178 patients by involving statistical system - organs to systemic damage to the main system - organs. The clinical manifestations of abnormal or an alergic reaction, folowed by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Conclusionface common adverse reactions in clinical application of compound Salvia injection occurred during clinical should bear in mind their incompatibility, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, enhance Danshen injection drug safety.%目的探讨在临床应用复方丹参注射液的过程中，出现的常见不良反应并总结其配伍禁忌。方法通过回顾性分析应用复方丹参注射液而出现不良反应的178例患者的临床资料，统计并分析其原因，并总结其配伍禁忌。结果通过统计发现，患者年龄、性别与不良反应之间无明显的相关性。使用复方注射液的时间介于1～34天之间，平均使用（8.2±1.1）天便出现不良反应。此外，178例患者中，157例（88.2%）患者在静注后的30 min内出现不良反应。通过统计178例患者出现不良反应后累及系统-器官，以全身性损害为主要系统-器官。其临床表现以变态或过敏反应为主，其次为恶心、呕吐、腹泻。结论面对临床应用复方丹参注射液的过程中出现的常见不良反应，临床应谨记其配伍禁忌，减少不良反应的发生，提升复方丹参注射液的用药安全性。
