艾灸三阴交穴联合间苯三酚对初产妇分娩过程的影响分析

摘要

Objective To study the effect of moxibusting at sanyinjiao combined with hydroxyquinol on the delivery process for primipara.MethodsDepartment of gynaecology and obstetrics of the hospital delivery of 150 cases of primipara selected as the object of study,using random number table method was divided into combination group,phloroglucinol group and routine group,50 cases in each,the joint group of women at the appropriate time were given moxibustion at sanyinjiao(SP 6)and phloroglucinol treatment,between phloroglucinol group only received phloroglucinol treatment,routine group without the use of any intervention,three groups of labor,pain and delivery outcome differences were observed.ResultsCombined group and between phloroglucinol group the first birth process,the total labor time were significantly lower than normal group(P<0.05)and combined group of second stage of labor,the labor time were significantly shorter in maternal conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at sanyinjiao(SP 6) combined with phloroglucinol treatment early maternal has shorten the birth process,and aleviate the pain of childbirth and postpartum hemorrhage.%目的：探讨艾灸三阴交穴联合间苯三酚对初产妇分娩过程的影响作用。方法选取本院妇产科实施分娩的150例初产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为联合组、间苯三酚组、和常规组各50例，联合组产妇在适当时机分别给予艾灸三阴交穴+间苯三酚处理，间苯三酚组仅给予间苯三酚处理，常规组未采用任何干预措施，观察3组产程、疼痛及分娩结局的差异。结果联合组和间苯三酚组的第一产程、总产程时间均低于常规组（P＜0.05），联合组的第二产程、第三产程时间均短于常规组产妇（P＜0.05）。结论艾灸三阴交穴联合间苯三酚处理初产妇主要具有缩短第一产程，减轻分娩疼痛、产后出血量的作用。
