消化性溃疡患者的健康教育

摘要

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of health education in peptic ulcer patients.Methods Hospital from May 2014 to February 2015 peptic ulcer patients treated 82 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine care for patients in the control group,observation group were patients with peptic ulcer strengthen health education nursing intervention in routine care,based on the comparison of health care knowledge compliance rate and satisfaction of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results To carry out health education front,the two groups compare health knowledge compliance rate was no significant difference(P>0.05),after the implementation of health education nursing intervention group were observed health knowledge compliance rate was 95.12%,significantly higher than the control group patients 60.98%,compared to a significant difference(P<0.05),observation group patient care satisfaction as 92.68%,higher than the 70.73 percent,compared to a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education for patients with peptic ulcer significantly,with a high clinical value.%目的：探讨健康教育的在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年2月收治的消化性溃疡患者82例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上加强健康教育护理干预，对比两组患者护理前后健康知识达标率及护理满意度。结果开展健康教育前，两组患者健康知识达标率对比无差异（P＞0.05）；实施健康教育护理干预后，观察组患者健康知识达标率为95.12%，高于的对照组患者的60.98%，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度为92.68%，高于对照组的70.73%，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对消化性溃疡患者实施健康教育的效果显著。
