血清纤维化指标联合肝功能检测指标诊断慢性肝脏疾病分析研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of serum fibrosis markers and liver function index in chronic liver disease.Methods Eighty patients were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 as the observation object,detection the serum biochemical indexes and liver function index and the comparison between the results of examinations of the two groups.Results The positive rate of combined detection was higher than that of pure serum fibrosis detection,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Application of serum fibrosis detection combined with liver function test can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical detection,for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease has a very important clinical significance.%目的：分析探讨血清纤维化指标与肝功能指标联合对于慢性肝脏疾病的临床诊断意义。方法选择我院2013年1～12月收治的80例患者作为观察对象，检测其血清生化指标与肝功能指标，对两组检查结果进行对比分析。结果应用联合检测的阳性率高于单纯的血清纤维化检测，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论应用血清纤维化检测联合肝功能检测能够提高临床检测的准确率，对于慢性肝脏疾病的诊断和治疗具有非常重要的临床意义。
