舒眠胶囊治疗精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍的临床应用

摘要

目的：对中药制剂舒眠胶囊治疗精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效进行研究。方法选取我院80例精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为治疗组和对照组（n=40），对照组应用氯硝西泮药物，治疗组应用舒眠胶囊。结果治疗组的PSQI评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论治疗精神疾病伴发睡眠障碍患者应用舒眠胶囊，能够增强疗效，提高患者睡眠质量。%Objective To fast asleep capsule treatment of TCM and the clinical effect of the treatment of mental ilness patients with comorbid sleep disorders were studied.MethodsSelect our hospital 80 cases of mental disorders in patients with comorbid sleep disorders as the research object,the random divided into treatment group and control group(n=40),the control group used clonazepam drugs,the treatment group used fast asleep capsules.Results PSQI score in treatment group were significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mental ilness patients with comorbid sleep disorders application fast asleep capsules,can enhance curative effect,improve the quality of patients with sleep.
