临床护理路径在胃癌手术患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 研究行胃癌手术患者在临床护理路径下的作用.方法 选胃癌手术100例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例.对照组:常规手术护理,观察组:采用临床护理路径干预.结果 观察组住院时间、置管时间显著低于对照组;对照组护理方案费用明显高于观察组;观察组患者下床活动的时间早于对照组;观察组满意度显著高于对照组.P<0.05.结论 采用临床护理路径的方式进行胃癌手术护理,临床护理效果显著,患者满意度较高,安全可靠,值得进一步推广以及更深的研究.%Objective To study the effect of gastric cancer surgery patients in a clinical care path.Methods 100 cases of gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases. Control group: routine surgical care, observation group: clinical nursing pathway intervention.Results The duration of hospitalization, intubation time was significantly lower than the control group; the control group was significantly higher than the cost of care programs observation group; observation group activities ambulation time earlier than the control group; the observation group was significantly higher satisfaction.P <0.05.Conclusion The clinical care path way gastric cancer care, clinical care effect is significant, higher patient satisfaction, safety and reliability, is worthy of further promotion and deeper research.
