细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿应用氨曲南治疗的疗效观察

摘要

目的 研究分析使用氨曲南治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿的临床效果.方法 根据我院2012~2013年接收的82例细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿进行研究,将其分成参照组和研究组,参照组使用头孢噻肟治疗,研究组使用氨曲南治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 研究组患者的痊愈率是65.85%,总有效率是92.68%,参照组痊愈率43.9%,总有效率75.61%,研究组的细菌清除率是92.31%,参照组90.74%,两组的对比存在统计学差异性,P<0.05,研究组共有3例不良反应病例,占7.32%,参照组有4例不良反应病例,占9.76%,两组患儿的不良反应几率相近,不存在统计学差异性,P>0.05.结论 氨曲南对细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿的治疗效果非常突出,临床中有效率高,安全可靠,是非常优秀的治疗方式.%Objective To study the clinical Results of aztreonam for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in children.Methods Received 82 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in children from 2012 to 2013. Conclusion Aztreonam for treatment of bacterial lower respiratory tract infection in children is very prominent, clinical high efficiency, safety and reliability, is a very good treatment.
