早期抗抑郁治疗对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of early antidepressant treatment on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods The stroke patients in our hospital were divided into two groups (experimental group, control group), treated with different therapies, compared with the Results of treatment.Results The scores of depression and life ability of the experimental group were compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of early antidepressant treatment for stroke patients is outstanding, can improve the status of depression, improve the quality of life, it is worth using.%目的 分析早期抗抑郁治疗对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响.方法 将我院接收脑卒中患者分成两组(实验组、对照组),分别给予不同疗法治疗,比对治疗结果.结果 实验组患者抑郁评分、生活能力评分和对照组相比,差异性鲜明(P<0.05).结论 临床给予脑卒中患者早期抗抑郁治疗效果突出,可改善其抑郁现状,提高生活质量,值得使用.
