Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the patients with anorectal surgery.Methods From April 2014 to 2015 years April in our hospital of 100 cases of anorectal surgery patients as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. In the control group received routine nursing. In the observation group used routine nursing increase mode of clinical nursing path in nursing. The final analysis of the two groups of patients with a comprehensive reflection.Results In the observation group, the clinical nursing path model was better than the control group using the basic nursing model.Conclusion In the process of nursing care of patients with anorectal surgery using the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway to have obvious improvement is worth of popularization.%目的 分析观察临床护理路径在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果.方法 现对自2014年4月~2015年4月本院收治的100例肛肠外科患者作为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组,每组50例,在对照组采用常规的护理,在观察组采用常规护理下增加临床护理路径模式进行护理.最终分析观察两组患者的综合反映.结果 在使用了临床护理路径模式进行护理的观察组其综合护理效果要明显好于仅使用基本护理模式的对照组.结论 在对肛肠手术患者的护理过程中使用临床护理路径模式的护理效果要有明显的提升值得进行普遍推广.
