锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨采用锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的临床效果.方法 随机选取本院2013年2月~2015年1月期间我院收治的膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折患者6例,采用锁定加压接骨板对其进行治疗,并对患者的临床治疗结果进行回顾性分析.结果 本次研究中,6例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间平均为(2.1±0.4)h;术中出血量平均为(317.5±56.2)ml.手术前后患者X线片检查显示,6例患者的假体位置未发生变化,无松动表现,且边缘未发现透亮线,其骨折均顺利愈合,HSS功能评分平均为(90.5±1.7)分.结论 采用锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折,效果显著,有利于促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,对于提高患者的生活质量具有十分显著的意义,建议在临床上进一步推广.%Objective To explore the treatment for locking compression plate knee replacement after the clinical effect of fracture around the femoral prosthesis.
