曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze travoprost eye drops for treatment of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods Control group of 30 patients using drugs for a maleic acid thiamethoxam,observation group 40 cases selected drugs for travoprost element,to compare the curative effect of different drugs.Results Two groups of patients after treatment of intraocular pressure level were lower than before the treatment,intraocular pressure compared with no differences between groups,incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05) .ConclusionPrimary open-angle glaucoma patients choose travoprost eye drops to treat,curative effect is remarkable.%目的：分析研究曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床效果。方法对照组30例患者选用药物为马来酸噻吗洛尔，观察组40例选用药物为曲伏前列素，比较不同药物的疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的眼压水平低于治疗前，组间眼压对比无差异，两组不良反应发生率有统计学意义P<0.05。结论原发性开角型青光眼患者选择曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗，疗效显著。
