早期周围型肺癌的CT图像特征分析及临床意义

摘要

Objective To study and discuss the characteristics of CT image of early peripheral lung cancer,analysis of its clinical significance.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 35 cases of patients with early peripheral lung cancer,the characteristics of CT and X-ray,the accuracy rate of diagnosis were compared. Results The accuracy rate of 35 cases of patients with CT and X-ray diagnosis were respectively 91.42% and 80.00%,differences had statistical significance(P< 0.05). ConclusionMulti slice spiral CT diagnosis of early peripheral lung cancer has the advantages of fast scanning speed and high resolution,it has obvious predominance.%目的：研究探讨早期周围型肺癌的CT图像特征，并分析其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析35例早期周围型肺癌患者的基本临床资料，对患者的CT诊断、X线诊断等的影像学特征及诊断的准确率等进行比较。结果35例患者经CT和X线诊断的准确率分别为91.42%和80.00%，差异具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论多层螺旋CT诊断早期周围型肺癌具有扫描速度快、组织分辨率高的优点，具有优势。
