中医治疗48例反复发作性盆腔炎的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective Analyze the effect of TCM treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammatory. Methods Chose 48 cases with TCM treatment as experimental group, 48 cases treated with western medicine as control group. Compared the treatment effect and adverse reactions. Results Total efficiency in experimental group was higher than control group, the incidence rate was lower than control group, the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect and less adverse reactions.%目的：分析中医治疗反复发作性盆腔炎的效果。方法选取48例采用中医治疗的反复发作性盆腔炎患者为实验组，以同期48例采用西医治疗者作为对照组。对比两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医治疗反复发作性盆腔炎疗效确切，不良反应小。
