剖腹产术后产妇切口的护理探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of Maternal Incision After Caesarean Section. Methods Clinical data of 78 patients in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,summarized nursing effect. Results 78 patients underwent a series of scientific and effective care measures from the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative periods,promoted the healing of the incision,6~13 days after hospitalization, al of the 78 patients were healed and discharged. Conclusion Caesarean incision care is an important part of gynecology and obstetrics care,it can reduce hospitalization time,improve patient’satisfaction.%目的：探讨妇产科患者剖腹产术后腹部切口的护理方法。方法对我院2014年6月～2014年12月妇产科剖腹产78例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结归纳护理方法。结果以上78例患者经一系列的科学有效的护理措施，从术前、术中、术后三个阶段对患者腹部切口进行严格护理和康复指导，促进了患者切口的及早愈合，78例患者住院6～13天后，全部愈合出院。结论剖腹产患者切口的护理是妇产科护理的重要内容，护理人员应当充分掌握切口护理的主要方法，帮助患者切口快速愈合，减少患者住院时间，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
