目的：探讨癫痫所致精神障碍21例的临床特点及护理体会。方法将我院接受治疗的42例癫痫所致精神障碍患者作为临床研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组21例，对所有患者均进行对症治疗，然后对对照组癫痫所致精神障碍患者进行常规的护理，对研究组癫痫所致精神障碍患者在进行常规护理的基础上实施加强护理。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者，组间差异存在统计学上的意义（P <0.05）。结论对癫痫所致精神障碍患者实施加强护理可提高患者的治疗效果，存在一定的临床价值。%Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and nursing experience of 21 cases of mental disorder due to epilepsy.Methods42 cases of patients with mental disorder due to epilepsy treated in our hospital as clinical research object, were randomly divided into control group and study group, 21 cases in each group, al patients were symptomatic treatment, and the control group were given routine nursing of patients with mental disorder due to epilepsy, strengthen the nursing of patients with epilepsy caused by mental research group obstacles to implementation in routine care on the basis of.Results In the treatment of patients in the study group, the total eficiency was significantly higher than the control group, statisticaly significant diferences (P < 0.05).Conclusion To strengthen nursing care can improve patient's treatment efect for patients with mental disorder due to epilepsy, has certain clinical value.
