老年痴呆患者个性化护理及效果评价分析

ObjectiveThrough individualized nursing care of senile dementia patients, nursing effect of personalized nursing inquiry.MethodsA total of 58 cases of senile dementia patients came to our hospital for treatment, patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the nursing group and individualized nursing group two groups, 29 patients in each group, nursing group were given routine nursing, individual nursing group and individualized nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared to the nursing group, the superiority of personalized care is high, can promote the improvement of the patient's own body, and personalized nursing can effectively relieve patients in the process of nursing risks, improve the overal treatment effect.Conclusion Individualized nursing has positive influence on nursing measures for elderly patients with dementia.%目的：通过对老年痴呆患者进行个性化护理，探究个性化护理的护理效果。方法选取来我院进行就诊的58例老年痴呆患者，随机将患者分为两组，即护理组和个性化护理组两组，每组29例患者，护理组进行常规护理，个性护理组进行个性化护理，对比两组狐狸的护理效果。结果相对于护理组，个性化护理具有较高的优越性，对于改善患者自身身体情况具有促进作用，同时个性化护理能够有效地减轻患者在护理过程中的隐患，提升整体治疗效果。结论个性化护理在对老年痴呆患者的护理措施中具有积极的影响作用。
