马来酸桂哌齐特治疗心肌缺血临床体会

摘要

目的：对马来酸桂哌齐特治疗心肌缺血的临床效果进行分析，并对治疗体会进行总结。方法选取于2013年3月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的47例心肌缺血患者，根据不同的治疗方式将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，对常规治疗和加用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗的临床效果进行观察比较。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率以及红细胞变形指数显著高于对照组，全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积等血流动力学指标均显著低于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗心肌缺血能够取得十分显著的临床效果，能显著改善患者的血流动力学，值得推广应用。%Objective Clinical effect of maleate cinepazide application in treatment of myocardial ischemia is to be studied and its treatment experience is to be summarized.Methods Choose 47 patients of myocardial ischemia who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to January 2015 and separate them into control group and study group according to different treatment methods; and then make an observation and comparison on patients’ treatment effects of conventional medication treatment and maleate cinepazide medication between two groups.ResultsTreatment efficacy as wel as patients’ erythrocyte deformation index in study group are quite higher than counterparts in control group, and in addition, patients’ blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit and other hemodynamic parameters in study group are significantly lower than counterparts in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P < 0.05).ConclusionMaleate cinepazide is of efficacy in treatment of myocardial ischemia; it is conducive to promoting patients’ hemodynamic parameters; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly.
