康复新液治疗普通型手足口病112例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of kangfuxin fluid applied on common type of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods Voluntary testing on 160 cases of children with HFMD chosen by adoption standards,which were randomly divided into control group(48 cases) and experimental group(112 cases). The control group received anti-viral,support and symptomatic treatment,while the experimental group were applied with kangfuxin fluid covered on the area with mouth ulcer and rashes. The body temperature recovering time and rash subsided time of two groups were observed.Results Aody temperature recovering time:(2.5±2.1)days(control group),(1.5±1.4)days(experimental group),the differences between the two groups were significant(P< 0.05). Rash subsided time:(3.0±1.5)days(control group),(2.0±1.2)days(experimental group). the differences between the two groups were significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin fluid can significantly shorten the body temperature recovering time and rash subsided time when treating common type of HFMD.%目的：观察康复新液治疗普通型手足口病（HFMD）的疗效及不良反应。方法符合纳入标准并自愿参加的160例普通型HFMD患儿进行试验，随即分为对照组48例和实验组112例。对照组给予抗病毒、支持、对症等治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用康复新液局部涂抹口腔溃疡面及手足皮疹。观察两组患儿体温恢复正常时间及皮疹消退时间。结果体温恢复正常时间：对照组（2.5±2.1）d，实验组（1.5±1.4）d，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。皮疹消退时间：对照组（3.0±1.5）d，实验组（2.0±1.2）d，两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论康复新液治疗普通型手足口病能缩短体温恢复正常时间及皮疹消退时间，无不良反应。
