产科护理中产科护理新模式的应用效果以及对降低剖宫产率的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of a new model of obstetric care in obstetric care,and to analyze the impact of the care model to control the rate of cesarean section. MethodsClinical data in our hospital in a year of 96 cases were randomly divided into routine maternal obstetric care group and the new model group,each with 48 cases of maternal. Conventional group for routine care,obstetric care,the new model uses modern obstetric care, cesarean delivery rates were compared with the natural maternal.Results Compared with the usual care group,a new model of obstetric care cesarean section rate was significantly lower,the higher the rate of natural childbirth,compared to statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The new model of obstetric care in controling the rate of cesarean section has a better effect can be achieved by reducing the rate of cesarean section aim to improve the natural birth rate.%目的：研究产科护理新模式在产科护理中的应用价值，并分析该护理模式对控制剖宫产率的影响。方法选取我院在2012年9月～2014年12月间收治的96例产妇的临床资料，随机将产妇分为常规组与产科护理新模式组，每组各48例产妇。常规组为常规护理，产科护理新模式采用产科新式护理，比较两组产妇的剖宫产与自然分娩率。结果与常规护理组相较，产科护理新模式组的剖宫产率更低，自然分娩率更高，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论产科护理新模式在控制剖宫产率上有着较好的应用效果，可达到降低剖宫产率的目的，提高自然分娩率。
