Tuberculosis is one of the three major infectious diseases in the world. Because the villages is in remote areas and people's cultural level is relatively low. Most of them are lack of consciousness of tuberculosis prevention. So the villages have become the key area of prevention and control of tuberculosis in our country at present. Reliable studies show that the work of standardized management of tuberculosis prevention at village is help to improve the efficiency of preventing rural TB. This paper is aim to study the necessity of standardization management of TB prevention in village levels. And the effective measures to implement standardized management are proposed. We are aim to provide a reference for the development of grassroots TB work.%肺结核疾病是世界上三大传染病之一，由于乡村等地域偏远、民众文化程度相对较低，对肺结核的防范意识缺失，现已成为我国防治结核病的重点地区。在乡村两级肺结核防范工作中进行规范化管理，有利于提高乡村肺结核防治工作的整体效果。本文针对乡村两级肺结核防治工作规范化管理的必要性进行研究，并在此基础上提出实行规范化管理的有效措施，旨在为基层肺结核防治工作的顺利开展提供参考。
