优质护理服务在糖尿病患者中的应用及效果评价

摘要

Objective To explore the application and effect of high quality nursing service in patients with diabetes mel itus. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital and divided into control group and study group with 50 cases in each group,patients in control group were given conventional care,patients in study group were given high quality nursing,compared the nursing effect in two groups. Results In control group,ADL score was significantly lower than study group. For patients in the study group,physical function,psychological status and physical function were superior to the contrast group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes,the high quality nursing can delay or prevent other complications and promote early recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨对糖尿病患者优质护理服务的应用和效果。方法随机抽取我院收诊的100例糖尿病患者，分为对照组和研究组各50例，其中对照组患者给予常规普通护理，研究组患者给予优质护理，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组ADL评分低于研究组，且研究组患者身体功能、心理状态、躯体功能均要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于糖尿病患者，优质护理能够延缓、预防其他并发症，促进患者早日康复，且有效提高患者的生活质量。
