目的：对老年急腹症患者的手术麻醉方法以及麻醉效果进行分析。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年2月在我院住院治疗的45例老年急腹症手术患者的临床资料以及麻醉资料进行回顾性分析，并对麻醉方式、麻醉效果以及安全性进行总结。结果硬膜外麻醉和气管内全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的麻醉方法血压波动较大，气管内全麻的麻醉方法血压无明显波动，本组45例患者中均无死亡病例，无严重麻醉并发症，麻醉有效率达100%。结论在对老年急腹症手术患者进行麻醉的时候要对患者的实际病情进行严格掌握，然后选择适宜的麻醉方式能够避免或者减少并发症的发生情况。%Objective To analyze the surgery anesthesia method and its ef ect in treatment of elderly patients with acute abdomen. Methods 45 elderly patients with acute abdomen from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as research subjects. The clinical data and anesthesia information were col ected. And then made a summary of anesthesia method, anesthesia ef ect and the safety of anesthesia. Results The epidural anesthesia and endotracheal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia methods were liable to evoking significant fluctuations in blood pressure. The endotracheal anesthesia was not appearing this situation. There was no case of death to be found of al 45 patients and no serious anesthesia complication was occursed. The ef ective rate of anesthesia was 100%. Conclusion It is suggested to have a good mastery of acute abdomen patients’condition when give them anesthesia. Choose the suitable way of anesthesia can avoid or reduce the occurrence ofcomplications.
