胃癌与雌激素受体、孕激素受体关系的研究进展

摘要

Objective To investigate the research progress of gastric cancer and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor.MethodsBy using the method of literature retrieval to search related literature about the relationship between gastric cancer and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor in recent 5 years at home and abroad. Results Through this research we found that:(1) The main difference between ER structure and expression, and signal transduction pathway,and ERɑ,ERβ; (2)structure of PR and mechanism;(3)The relationship between ERɑ, Erβ, PRand gastric cancer, value of PR diagnosis on gastric cancer.ConclusionThe pathogenesis of gastric cancer is stil unclear, but with the development of molecular biology, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor expression may be related to gastric carcinogenesis, development of relevant.%目的 探讨胃癌与雌激素受体、孕激素受体的研究进展.方法 采用文献检索的方法检索国内外关于近5年有胃癌与雌激素受体、孕激素受体关系的相关文献.结果 通过本次研究我们发现:(1)ER的结构与表达、信号传导途径、ERɑ、ERβ主要区别;(2)PR的结构、作用机制;(3)ERɑ、ERβ、PR与胃癌的关系及ER、PR对于胃癌的诊断价值.结论 胃癌的发病机制仍不清楚,但随着分子生物学的发展,雌激素受体、孕激素受体的表达可能与胃癌的发生、发展有关.
