Objective To investigate the nosocomial infection control in the process, problems in nursing management and solutions. Methods Selected from December 2011 - December 2014 110 cases treated patients. Using the method of stochastic indicator for randomized patients. B2 group 55 cases (control group) : conventional nursing; B1 (observation group 55 cases) : conventional care + care management intervention. Compared two groups of patients in the nosocomial infection rate and nursing disputes appear probability, as well as differences.ResultsTwo groups of patients after nursing intervention, in the event of a nosocomial infection rates, B1 below B2 group patients significantly (P<0.05); In nursing error probability, the probability of nursing disputes and scores of nursing quality control, etc., B1 B2 is obviously better than the group of patients (P< 0.05).ConclusionClinical given nursing intervention can effectively avoid the phenomenon of nosocomial infection, to choose effective methods to improve the management measures can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of nosocomial infection, eventually improve the patients quality of life.%目的 探讨在进行院内感染控制过程中,护理管理存在的问题以及解决措施.方法 选取我院2011年12月~2014年12月收治患者110例.利用随机数表法对患者进行随机分组.B2组(对照组 55例):常规护理;B1组(观察组 55例):常规护理+护理管理干预.对比两组患者在出现院内感染率以及护理纠纷出现概率等方面存在的差异.结果 两组患者给予护理干预后,在出现院内感染率方面,B1组低于B2组患者明显(P<0.05);在出现护理差错概率、护理纠纷概率以及护理质控评分等方面,B1组明显优于B2组患者(P<0.05).结论 临床给予护理干预能够有效避免出现院内感染的现象,选择有效方法对管理措施进行完善,最终能够有效降低出现院内感染概率,提高患者生活质量.
