目的 研究分析椎动脉颈椎病患者接受中医骨伤手法和中药内服治疗的临床效果.方法 从2008至2013年我院接收的椎动脉型颈椎病患者中选取90例进行研究,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组使用中药内服治疗,观察组使用中药内服和中医骨伤手法治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果观察分析.结果 对照组的患者中经治疗后又30例有效,5例显效,3例无效,有效率是77.78%;观察组有29例有效, 15例显效,1例无效,有效率是97.78%.两组患者的临床有效率存在差异性,P<0.05.结论 椎动脉型颈椎病患者接受中医骨伤手法和中药内服治疗的效果优秀,患者的疼痛缓解,病情改善,临床中值得推广使用.%Objective To study the analysis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery in patients with clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM traumatology methods.Methods From 2008 to 2013 in our hospital received vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients selected 90 cases were studied,these patients were grouped into control group and observation group,control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine treatment, the observation group use of Chinese herbs and Chinese medicine Orthopedic manipulation therapy,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed and analyzed.ResultsPatients in the control group after treatment and 30 cases effective,5 cases were cured,3 cases were ineffective,the efficiency is 77.78%; in the observation group,there were 29 cases effective,15 cases were cured,1 cases ineffective,the efficiency is 97.78%. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was difference,P<0.05.ConclusionPatients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis accepting TCM traumatology methods and traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect is outstanding,ease the pain of the patients,improve the condition and clinical worth promoting the use.
