出血性脑梗塞的临床治疗效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 146 cases of patients in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2013, and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment, and others in observation group were given TCM treatment (the drugs for activating blood circulation and rhizoma gastrodiae uncaria drink to add and subtract) on the basis of the same treatment in control group.Results The total effective rate of control group was significantly lower than in observation group, with statistical significance. The difference between two incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical significance,P>0.05.Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction should be worth of clinical promotion, because of its higher reliability and more significant curative effect.%目的 探讨出血性脑梗塞的临床治疗效果.方法 选取2013年4月~2014年4月在我院住院的患者146例,随机平均分为两组,对照组给予常规的治疗,观察组给予同对照组一样的治疗,并在此基础上配合中医治疗,给予活血化瘀的药物,天麻钩藤饮加减.结果 对照组总有效率明显低于观察组,有统计学意义;不良反应的发生率P>0.05,两组差异无统计学意义.结论 中西医结合治疗出血性脑梗塞较单纯西医治疗疗效显著,可靠性高,值得临床推广.
