多囊卵巢综合征患者对不同剂量来曲唑促排卵治疗效果分析

摘要

Objective Investigate different doses of letrozole for ovulation induction treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) clinical results.Methods I randomly selected hospital in February 2013 February~2015 PCOS treated 120 patients divided into study group and control group 60 cases, comparative analysis of the two groups were related indicators. Results Study patients ovulation rate and pregnancy rate was 83.33%, 33.33%, 75.00% higher than that of patients, 21.67%( P<0.05). When the study group of patients with endometrial thickness LH peak warp mature follicles were lower than in the control group of patients, and the number of mature follicles than control patients( P<0.05). Conclusion Human chorionic gonadotropin and 5.0mg / d of letrozole combined with PCOS than 2.5mg / d of letrozole better and get more follicles, improve the pregnancy rate.%目的 探讨不同剂量来曲唑促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果.方法 随机选取我院2012年1月~ 2014年12月收治的PCOS患者120例,分为研究组与对照组各60例,对比分析两组患者的相关指标.结果 研究组患者的排卵率及妊娠率为83.33%、33.33%,高于对照组患者的75.00%、21.67%(P<0.05).研究组患者的LH峰时子宫内膜厚度与成熟卵泡经线均低于对照组患者,而成熟卵泡个数多于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合5.0 mg/d的来曲唑治疗PCOS比联合2.5 mg/d的来曲唑疗效更佳,得到更多的卵泡,提升妊娠率.
