左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床效果.方法 收集重症细菌性角膜炎患者21例,重症细菌性结膜炎患者20例,使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的视力和细菌清除情况.结果 两组患者治疗前后平均视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后细菌清除率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎效果良好,可有效提高患者视力,清除眼部细菌,没有毒副作用,值得在临床上推广使用.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of left Of loxacin Eye Drops treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis.Methods 21 patients with severe bacterialkeratitis, 20 cases of patients with severe bacterial conjunctivitis, use the left Ofloxacin Eye Drops treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with visual acuity and bacteria clearance.ResultsThere was statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment in patients with visual comparison of the difference between the average (P<0.05); the two groups before and after treatment in patients with bacterial clearance rate compares difference to have statistical sense (P<0.05).Conclusion left Ofloxacin Eye Dropstreatment of severe bacterial conjunctivitis and keratitis with good effect,can effectivelyimprove the visual acuity, remove eye bacteria, no toxic side effect, is worth promoting in clinical use.
