妇产科护理工作的安全管理及对策研讨

摘要

With the development of the times,and constantly improve the level of medical technology,people demand for nursing is also rising. Although the nursing work in our country has greatly improved,but stil can not meet the needs of the people. Standing on the point of view of obstetrics and gynecology,nursing safety has become an important aspect of nursing management. Safety management of department of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing work not only affects the relationship between nurses and patients,but also for the mother and the baby's life influence. Entered in twenty-first Century,the "humanization" became the theme of the times,therefore,how to ensure maternal and neonatal life safety,and truly let the puerpera and family trust,reduce nursing process failure probability of becoming the focus of clinical research.%随着时代的发展，医疗技术和水平不断提高，人们对护理的要求也不断提高。虽然我国护理工作已经有了很大的改善，但是还不能满足人们的需求。站在妇产科的角度上来看，护理安全工作成为护理管理的重要环节。妇产科护理工作的安全管理工作不仅影响着护患关系，还对产妇和婴儿的生命造成影响。进入21世纪，“人性化”成为时代的主题，因此，怎样保证产妇和新生儿的生命安全，真正让产妇和家属放心，减少护理过程中失误发生的几率成为临床研究的重点。
