不同血液检验指标在冠心病诊断中的应用价值对比

摘要

目的：探究与分析冠心病患者不同血液检测指标在诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年9月～2014年11月接收并治疗的冠心病患者34例进行回顾性试验研究，作为本次试验的研究组。结果通过对两组研究对象进行检测，结果表明研究组和对照组患者血液检测中的血小板参数没有明显差异性（P>0.05），但两组患者血液检测中心肌肌钙蛋白、血液红细胞分布宽度和肌酸激酶数值的差异性较大（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论不同的血液检测指标会影响到冠心病的诊断效果，故在诊断冠心病病症时可以通过检测血液指标进行相关性的判定，效果较好。%Objective To explore and analyse the application value on different blood detection index in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 34 patients with coronary heart disease received and treated in our hospital during September 2013 to November 2014 to study retrospectively as the study group. Results After the detection of two groups of subjects,the results showed that the blood platelet parameters in the study group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the Cardiac troponin I,red blood cell distribution width and creatine kinase had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with greater statistical significance. Conclusion Different blood test indexes will affect the diagnosis effect of coronary heart disease,so it can be determined by detecting the related blood index in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
