中医治疗脾胃虚寒性胃溃疡临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Chinese medicine to treat deficiency cold of spleen and stomachtype gastric ulcer disease. Methods Chose 130 cases of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type gastric ulcer patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2012,these patients were grouped into control group and observation group,the control group used omeprazole medicine treatment,the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared the clinical effect in two groups. Results The effective rate in observation group was 89.23%,the effective rate in control group was 72.31%,there was statistical difference,P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine to treat deficiency cold of spleen and stomachtype gastric ulcer disease is obvious.%目的：研究分析脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡疾病采取中医方式治疗的效果。方法对我院2011～2012年接收的130例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组使用奥美拉唑等西药治疗，观察组使用中医治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是89.23%，对照组的有效率是72.31%，两组患者的临床结果存在统计学差异性，P<0.05。结论脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者接受中医治疗的临床效果优秀，该方法的治疗安全性比较高。
