影响女性精神分裂症患者再入院的多因素临床研究

摘要

目的：研究分析女性精神分裂症患者再入院的影响因素。方法2012～2013年我院接收了60例女精神病患者，对其进行了调查问卷研究，内容主要涉及年龄、病程、发病情况等，对患者的病情和再入院因素进行研究分析。结果女性精神病患者因为多种原因的影响而再次入院，主要是药物不良反应、停药等。结论对女性精神分裂症患者进行再入院因素研究，能够针对性的进行预防，减少患者再入院几率，对社会、家庭都是非常大的帮助，通过减少患者受到的心理刺激，来促进患者的康复，减少发病频率。%Objective To study the readmission factors in female schizophrenic patients. Methods Received 60 female patients with mental disease from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital. Researched by questionnaire mainly relate to age,course of disease,incidence and so on. Results A variety of reasons impacted on readmission in patients with psychotic women,mainly were adverse reactions,drug withdrawal etc. Conclusion Research the readmission factors in female schizophrenic patients can be aimed at prevent and reduce the probability of readmission patients. It is very help for society and families. Reducing the number of patients affected by mental stimulation can promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the onset frequency.
