大柴胡汤治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of acute edema type pancreatitis with major bupleurum decoction. Methods Selected 26 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014,divided into control group and experimental group randomly and averagely. 13 cases in control group with conventional treatment,the others in the experimental group with major bupleurum decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. Then compared the two treatment effects. Results In the experimental group the total effective rate was 92.3%. The effect was better than conventional group(P<0.05). The experiment group APACHE II score was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). There was no complications occurred in two groups. Conclusion The treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis with major bupleurum decoction on the basis of conventional therapy can effectively regulate the body balance of Yin and Yang,with good clinical efficacy.%目的：分析和研究采用大柴胡汤治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月～2014年8月期间我院收治的26例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者，将其随机分为2组，常规组13例，采用常规治疗方法，实验组13例，在常规治疗的基础上，给予患者服用大柴胡汤进行治疗。对比2组的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.3%，效果优于常规组（P<0.05）；实验组APACHEⅡ评分低于常规组（P<0.05）；两组均无并发症出现。结论在对急性水肿型胰腺炎患者进行常规治疗的基础上，给予患者服用大柴胡汤，能够有效调节机体阴阳平衡，具有良好的临床疗效。
