目的：探讨射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）中，实施舒适护理的方法及临床效果。方法选取PSVT患者54例，随机分为两组，对照组行常规护理，实验组行舒适护理，观察两组患者焦虑及满意度。结果实验组SAS评估结果高于对照组；实验组满意率高于对照组。结论实施舒适护理可有效提高PSVT患者射频消融术治疗的满意度，降低不良情绪。%Objective To investigate the radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in heartbeat,implementation method and clinical effect of comfortable nursing. Methods 54 cases of PSVT patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,the experimental group for the comfortable nursing care,observation of the two groups of patients with anxiety and satisfaction. Results SAS evaluation results in the experiment group was higher than the control group,the rate of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing care can effectively improve the PSVT patients with radiofrequency ablation treatment satisfaction,reduce the bad mood.
